Fall Family Conferences are a great opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers, celebrate progress, and discuss how we can support their learning. We value your partnership and hope to see you take advantage of this connection opportunity.
Based on community feedback, 6th grade conferences will be by appointment, and 7th and 8th grade will be open house format.

Language Support Available!
Spanish and Vietnamese interpreters will be available for families across all grade levels. If you need language support, please sign-up in advance so we can help make your conference welcoming and accessible. Call the main office if you have any questions.

6th Grade: A New Conference Format!
Based on historical feedback from families and staff, we’re introducing a new format for 6th grade conferences this fall.
Families will receive a SignUpGenius link via text and email to schedule an 8-minute appointment.
If you do not see this communication, please call the main office so we can help you schedule.
You’ll meet with your child’s Learning Community Mentor, who is also one of your child’s teachers throughout the day.
The conversation will focus on your child’s overall status, guided by the October progress report that students will complete earlier in the week.
Any unanswered questions will be followed up via email by LC Mentor.
We appreciate your trust in this format. It is the best way to ensure all 110 6th grade families can access information about their child’s progress.
7th and 8th Grade: Open House Format
7th and 8th grade conferences will follow a traditional open house format.
Visit your child’s teachers and wait to meet with each one.
Meetings will be 5 minutes with each teacher.
8th Grade: Continuation Information Meeting
We warmly request ALL 8th grade families to join one of two options for a 20-minute Continuation information meeting in addition to visiting their child’s teachers.
This meeting will ensure you understand the expectations and rewards that come along with being ON-TRACK for Continuation activities and events. We appreciate all your support to these expectations to prepare them for 9th grade!
Choose the time that works best for your family, no reservations required. We will meet in the Auditorium!
