1st CSC meeting – Thur 9/19 @ 5pm

As a school for the community by the community, we respect and support all of our families! In order to provide that support, we need to hear your voices to ensure we are getting a pulse on what you feel is going right, what could be tweaked and what could be added going forward to ensure we are supporting our community.

We hope you can join us for our 1st meeting of the year THIS Thursday 9/19 at 5pm. Light refreshments and Spanish and Vietnamese translation will be provided.

Agenda topics will include:

1 – 24-25 enrollment update
2 – Title 1 information
3- 24-25 BVIS Community Compact review – if you have time to review this before prior to the meeting please do as we are going to ask for feedback on any necessary revisions.

What is the CSC (Collaborative School Committee)

The CSC is a vital part of our school community, responsible for advising on key decisions, allocating resources, and fostering collaboration among parents, teachers, and administrators. Serving on the CSC provides you with a platform to actively contribute to the educational experience at Bear Valley!

We have an exciting opportunity for you to get involved in shaping the future of our school and supporting our students’ success. The Collaborative School Committee (CSC) is currently seeking nominations for parent representatives.

Nominations will be accepted until Thursday, September 26th 2024 until 6pm to allow families who attend our 1st meeting to nominate!

CSC 24-25 Meeting Schedule

All meetings will be held in person at BVIS starting at 5:00pm. For families interested in joining these meetings who are unable to come into the building please reach out to Sarah at 720-423-9663 so she can make streaming arrangements for you. Materials and presentations will be shared on this page after each meeting for families to review.
