Practice & Game Schedules

Important notes:

• No one can participate/practice/tryout until this form is filled out and there is a physical on file with Nurse Rundle. 
• DPS will NOT be providing transportation so for away games scholars will have to arrange rides with their families or the coach.
• In order to be eligible to play you cannot have any Ds or Fs and can’t have any behavior incidents.
