1st progress report!

This week our students will be emailing their family a copy of their 1st monthly progress report! Within the progress report you will see their attendance, grades, behavior and ICAP progress.

You are part of your students grade! Families must be an active part of this process so we are asking for families to:

  • Proactively send their student an email to their DPS gmail.
    • This will allow them to add you to their address book as well as respond to that thread to share their progress report!

Your students email is their 6 digit student ID number@dpsk12.net

For example, if their student ID number is 111111, then their email would be 111111@dpsk12.net

  • If you do not know your student’s ID number, you can ask them tonight or email the main office at bvoffice@dpsk12.net

As a reminder, you can ALWAYS check in on your students grades in Schoology using the DPS Parent Portal. If you have any questions or issues accessing your account please Submit a support ticket or call the helpdesk at 720-423-3163

Parent Schoology Access…

Schoology is the sole application that Bear Valley uses to track all assignments, participation and grades. At the end of each quarter you can view final grades posted in Infinite Campus via the Parent Portal.

However, throughout the active quarter Schoology is your best tool to check-in on your child’s academics. In order to access Schoology you must 1st be logged into your DPS Student or Parent Portal account.

Have you used the Parent Portal before but forgot your username or password? If so please click HERE for support.

You can access Schoology two ways:

  • Ask your child to log into their account.
    • They can then click on each of their courses to expand their assignments, participation and ultimate grade in each course for you to review together.
  • You can log into Parent Portal and access the Schoology App once inside the portal.
