6th grade FIRST day!

Happy Sunday Families~

Quick reminder that Monday 8/18 is the 1st day of MIDDLE SCHOOL for our incoming 6th graders! Please help you child disconnect from technology early to ensure they get a good nights sleep!

• Be sure your 1st day outfit is in PERFECT dress code!

• Arrive no later than 8:40am! Check-in at the tents (line up by first name) to get a name tag (Learning Community mentor names will be added to this tag). Parents are welcome to stay for the initial introductions outside that will go until roughly 9:10am.

• Don’t forget to bring your school supplies, if your hands are full we can help you label your items and bring them to your Learning Community classroom. Students don’t need to bring their printed schedule as a new copy will be provided.

• Be sure to bring your water bottle as we have several bottle filling stations around the building.

• We are expecting our chiller system to be fixed tomorrow to cool down the building. But please still leave your hoodies at home!

• FREE grab and go breakfast will be available as students enter the building. Lunch will also be FREE all year, but students are welcome to bring a cold lunch as well!

• We will dismiss at our normal time of 3:50pm
