8th grade’s FINAL info!

Hello 8th grade families, we are so #yetiready to celebrate our 8th graders tomorrow on their final day of middle school. Please read the below information carefully. If you have further questions, please call the front office at 720-423-9600.

• Be sure your child is ON TIME by 8:55am tomorrow as we will be starting the day with donuts and walking to JFK at 9am to start our ceremony practice.
  • If your child is late, it is your responsibility to drive them to JFK and take them inside the building to hand off to a BV staff member.
• We will walk back to school at roughly 11:30 to start our lunchtime and field day FUN!
• Each student will receive 2 free tacos but they are welcome to bring cash if they would like beverages or more food.

The Ceremony!

• Wednesday before dismissal, all students will receive their ticket envelope.
  • If you requested more tickets, you were provided more tickets in said envelope.
• Please dress to impress in honor of our 8th grade Grads!
• Students must be dropped off at the staff parking lot (located on the east side of the building off Lamar St) no later than 5:30.
• All visitors must park in the student lot off W Brown Pl.
  • Student parking lot entrance doors will be the ONLY entrance that ticket holders can use.
• PLEASE don’t bring any helium balloons as they are a fire code hazard.
• We will start our student procession promptly at 6pm so please don’t be late!
• Cupcakes will be served outside in the front main entrance courtyard after the ceremony.

Lifetouch Photo Packages

If you ordered prints from the Continuation photo shoot we just realized today that Lifetouch mis-shipped. They are reprinting and will be in touch with Ms. Sarah once they ship. Once we receive them mid-June Ms. Sarah will find creative ways to ensure you receive them ASAP.
