We wanted to remind you of a few things this week:
We are missing school supplies!
If you haven’t already please be sure your child is bringing the required items from the school supply list. It is a small list that plays a very important role in making sure our students feel prepared for success.
Lifetouch Picture day is this Thursday 8/24
Students are allowed to be in free dress but still need to respect the unacceptable dress code guidelines.
Any student found to be out of dress code compliance will have to change into a loaner shirt and or call home for a change of clothes.
If you are using the ordering envelopes provided at the Welcome nights please have your child bring those on Thursday to hand directly to the photographer.

FREE school IDs should deliver by the middle of September. These will allow all DPS students FREE access to RTD.
It’s HOT!
While our building does have a strong chiller system, we encourage you to pack your child with a water bottle they can refill throughout the day to stay hydrated.
Please also encourage them to leave their hoodies at home until it starts to cool down to prevent any level of heat related illnesses.
