My name is Shannon Welch and I am the MI Center Teacher, as well as the Athletic Director, at BVIS. I have been with BVIS since it’s “opening” and with DPS since 2006. I am an advocate all students and have a true passion for being a part of your scholars success; whether in the classroom, within our school, or on a field or court.
