Last call for Basketball Sign Up

If you haven’t done so already please be sure to click on the Winter Prep League Registration form to set your child up to be able to participate in tryouts next week.

1st – You MUST fill out this WINTER PREP LEAGUE REGISTRATION FORM.  Please allow 10 minutes to fill out this form.  If you need help please call 720-423-9600 and ask for Ms. Sarah.
Your child CANNOT try out without having this form completed. The deadline for this form is next Friday 12/01.

2nd – Please remember your child MUST have a valid sports physical before they are able to try out. This is non-negotiable as we need to ensure your child is cleared for physical activity.

If you are unable to get a physical scheduled with your child’s pediatrician office, you can make an appt at JFK HS (click HERE for their website) or Lincoln HS (click HERE for their website) Denver Health Centers. The Little Clinic in King Sooners also offers this service for $25.

When we return from Thanksgiving break we will send specifics to all families who have filled out the Winter Prep league registration with details on try-outs and practice schedules.
