Fall Conference Reminder

We know that success will only come if we can partner with you and your child. With that said, each grade level team will be holding Fall Student-Led Conferences to discuss your child’s academic areas of strength and growth, as well as areas for improvement.

• Thursday September 26th will be an open house style for families to arrive anytime between 4:30-7:30pm.

• Upon arrival, at our front/main entrance families will receive a  packet including:
  • Lifetouch photo packet and Student ID
  • Copy of your child’s schedule for you to write current grades and any other notes as you visit each teacher’s table.
    •  Teacher contact info sheet 
  • Suggestion questions to help your conversations as you meet with each teacher.
• Both Spanish and Vietnamese interpretation will be available in all locations.
• ALL BVIS Staff will be easily identifiable and spaced out in all our main hallway and two gyms.
• ALL STUDENTS that attend with their families will be able to put their name in for a $100 Visa Gift card!
