Attention 8th grade families,
Your child should bring home the below piece of paper at end of TODAY, Monday 5/12. The QR reader on this document holds the REQUIRED Google Form that will allow your students admission to all the field trips if they are ON TRACK for Continuation. Families with no access to wifi or Smartphone can complete in the front office or request a paper copy.
If you have any questions, including the status of their Continuation eligibility, please call the main office.
