So hard to believe how close your child is to finishing their middle school years. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of their lives and allowing us to learn and grow alongside them. We are so excited for what their future holds.

Today before dismissal all 8th graders received two items
A personalized envelope with their tickets for Wednesdays celebration at JFK at 6pm (2855 South Lamar St)
Anyone planning on attending the ceremony MUST have a green ticket, this includes children that won’t sit in laps.
They also received a FREE BVIS Alumni black shirt. If they wanted they were given an opportunity to bleach tie-dye, see below for care instructions:
Keep shirt in ziplock bag overnight
Remove rubber bands
Rinse completely with cold water & lay flat to dry
Hand wash or machine wash along going forward.
On Wednesday please ensure your child arrives at JFK no later than 5:40pm to allow us to prepare and set up for entry promptly at 6:00pm.
Park in the Student lot on the west side of the building off W. Brown Avenue.
Due to fire code regulations mylar balloons are NOT allowed. Please do not bring them as they will not be permitted inside the building.
