Covid-19 Vaccinations for 5 years +

The FDA recently approved the 2-dose Pfizer vaccine for children age 5-11. Getting your child vaccinated will protect them from COVID-19 and also help slow the spread of this virus in our community. Denver Public Schools is partnering with Denver Health to host several FREE after-school vaccine clinic that are open to any person age 5 and older.

There are two ways to make an appointment:

If you do not have a MyChart account, you will need to create one. Please use your personal email to create your mychart account. Once in MyChart you will be able to schedule a vaccine appointment. (see attached flyer to learn more about scheduling an appointment).
