Families of our Bear Valley Artists,
We are so excited for the choir and band performance field trip to Elitch Gardens tomorrow!
Buses will pick up promptly at 9:30, so please have your scholar on time to school to be yeti-ready to go!
They are able to come out of dress code – have them dress comfy for the beautiful weather and day of fun on the rides, but still appropriate for performance.
As a reminder, Elitch Gardens is a cashless amusement park, so plan appropriately when providing your scholar with funds to spend!
Finally, we have asked for bus pick up at 4:15, but there is a chance they will not be able to pick us up until 5:00 because of afternoon dismissals. Students are encouraged to have their cell phones tomorrow, so please ensure you are tracking their location or staying in contact with them through the afternoon.
