Fall Conferences TOMORROW!

Reminder that Fall Family Conferences are TOMORROW Wednesday October 18th.  Please read through the details below and if you have ANY questions please call us 720-423-9600.

As a reminder we are hosting as an OPEN HOUSE. Families can arrive anytime between 4:00pm and 7:40pm and have the opportunity to meet with ALL of your child’s teachers. We encourage you to bring your child as they will receive FREE DRESS for Thursday if they attend.

• Upon arrival, at our front/main entrance families will receive a copy of your child’s quarter 1 report card as well as a Quarter 2 engagement calendar, Schoology 101 log-in info, Teacher contact info sheet and suggestion questions to help your conversations as you meet with each teacher.
• ALL BVIS Staff will be easily identifiable and spaced out in all our main hallway and two gyms.
• ALL Students that attend with their families will earn a FREE DRESS bracelet to wear the next day on Thursday 10/19.
• ALL Families who receive initials from their child’s FULL report card will be entered for a $100 Visa gift card!
• We have requested both Spanish and Vietnamese interpretation.
