Interim #1

BVIS scholars will be taking interim assessments this Thursday November 3rd (Literacy) and next week on Tuesday November 8th (Mathematics).

We will be running a modified bell schedule during those days.  Entry time and dismissal time will remain the same at 2:30pm.

On each day of testing, please help ensure your student is on time and ready to do their best on Interims by…

• Getting a good night’s sleep!
• Arrive to school no later than 7:25am!
• Eating a healthy breakfast
• Avoiding scheduling doctor’s appointments on testing days
• Bringing their fully charged, school-issued Chromebook to school each day for testing. 

** Please ensure your scholar is on time and your scholar’s chromebook is plugged in each night** 

We want to help parents and families with information to support student success during this time. These assessments will give our teachers critical information to help our students be on track for college and career readiness and help us understand whether our students have the necessary skills to succeed after high school.
