No-school Monday 9/5 & Outerwear Order Form

Don’t forget, there is no school on Monday 9/05 in observance of Labor Day! We look forward to seeing our scholars return on Tuesday well rested and ready to learn.
- If you are planning on pre-ordering any outerwear items please submit this form no later than Tuesday September 6th so we can get the bulk order to our printer!
- In order to ensure we bring in the correct type and size of outerwear we are asking for all families who intend to purchase outerwear to pre-order. We are asking you to have this form filled out no later than Tuesday 9/6 so that we can send the order to the printer!
- You do not need to pre-pay but you will need to pay via cash/check or credit card prior to us handing over the outerwear to your child.
- Please hit SUBMIT at the end of this order form to ensure we receive you pre-order. Also please ensure you receive a confirmation email back to double check that form was fully submitted.

- Blue Crewneck Sweatshirt = $20
- Black Long-Sleeve Shirts = $16
We will be in touch once we have a firm delivery date from the printer. We hope that they are able to turn around in 2-3 weeks!
