Thank you to the families who already filled out the pre-order ticket request. We will greet you as you arrive so you can pay cash or check (made payable to Henry Cafeteria) and provide you with a visitor pass.
If you are interested in joining and didn’t fill out the form please call the main office to see if we have any tickets left @ 720-423-9600.
As previously communicated we open our grade level doors early at 7:15am when the temperature is below 30 degrees and/or actively raining or snowing. We do not have staff available to open doors any earlier for scholars so please time your drop-off time accordingly. Also, 7th and 8th grade are always welcome to enter through the main entrance on bad weather days so they don’t have to use their normal west entrance doors.
There will be no school starting Monday 21st through Monday the 28th for Thanksgiving break.
Bear Valley will not have students on Monday November 28th as it is a Teacher Planning day.
We look forward to seeing our scholars well rested and ready to finish Semester 1 strong starting on Tuesday 11/29.
